I’m Chris “Rising Phoenix” Hittinger, founder of Integrated Soul Alchemy Massage & Wellness in Oceanside, CA. I have over 20 years of experience in massage therapy and holistic healing. I combine Eastern and Western bodywork with energy work and shamanic practices to create customized sessions that support deep, lasting wellness—either in-studio or in your home. My treatments blend modalities like Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, breathwork, and more to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote mind-body-soul alignment.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. I’ve tried a handful of massage places in north county and nothing even comes close. I will never go anywhere else. I have a high stress job and in general am in a high stress stage in life with wedding planning and school. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to relax my mind during the massage which has been an issue for me in the past. The balance between relaxation and therapeutic benefit that I requested was an ask I wasn’t sure could be delivered this perfectly. Cannot recommend Chris enough!!

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. Chris, the owner/massage therapist, was very professional and receptive to my needs. The technique was such that I knew to expect great results, and the pressure was consistent from start to finish. Chris then used his magic machine on my area of concern (I don’t remember its name so I call it “magic machine” because it healed me in 48 hours.) As Chris explained, it delivers plasma rays to the injury, which tricks the body into directing its healing power to that specific area. I had lingering shoulder blade pain that was making it hard to breathe. The procedure was painless and all I felt was a gentle tap. The result was total rehabilitation and return to normal use, after only 1 treatment! I recommend Chris with every restored muscle in my body!

I highly recommend Chris, particularly if you are looking for relief from chronic or acute pain. If I lived close enough, I would go nowhere else for treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in treating deep, connective tissue tension and injuries, and works hard to understand the specifics of your needed treatment. Again, highly recommend!
