I’m Chris “Rising Phoenix” Hittinger, founder of Integrated Soul Alchemy Massage & Wellness in Oceanside, CA. I have over 20 years of experience in massage therapy and holistic healing. I combine Eastern and Western bodywork with energy work and shamanic practices to create customized sessions that support deep, lasting wellness—either in-studio or in your home. My treatments blend modalities like Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, breathwork, and more to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote mind-body-soul alignment.

Chris did an incredible job, I had the best full body deep tissue work with fire cupping. I was first introduced to Chris was for his electric shock therapy (ECT) treatment. A year ago I had torn three ligaments in my right knee, some of it has healed over time but I still had an issue with mobility, I couldn’t bend it certain ways, after one minimal treatment I’m gaining so much more mobility and stability back. A year of PT and stem cell injections didn’t even give me the level of satisfaction that this ECT treatment has provided to my recovery.
